For a few years we have been putting practices and procedures in place to document and monitor our efforts to improve quality of our products and services. A desire to continuously get better at what we are doing based on analysis of available technology and feedback from our customers has always been part of the fabric of the whole team. Therefore, the step to certify our Quality Management System officially according to ISO 9001 was only a natural step.
